Advantage Home Oxygen & Respiratory Services, Inc is a locally owned & operated full service home oxygen, respiratory service, and medical equipment supply company.

Established in 2003, Advantage now has locations in DuBois & Punxsutawney which serves patients in Jefferson, Clearfield, Elk, Forrest, Cameron, & Clarion Counties as well as Southern McKean & Warren; and Northern Indiana & Armstrong.

Advantage provides professional care & quality medical equipment. All clinical respiratory equipment set-ups are completed by PA state licensed medical practitioners who have over 65 combined years of clinical experience. Having the knowledge and skills to properly care for their patients, many local and out of town physicians trust their patients to Advantage.

Advantage is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program and accepts most major insurances including Medicare.

In November 2007 Advantage expanded its Downtown DuBois facility to include the “Home & Bath Safety Center” where home medical equipment is displayed in a home environment. “We didn’t want a typical retail center,” said Shelly Forbes. “We wanted a warm homey environment where our clients can relax and discuss the proper piece of equipment that will best suit the patients needs and demonstrate how it will be used in the home.”
